Being the Workout Queen

I used to spend my days in front of the TV eating, sleeping and talking on the phone until one day, a sharp pain went through my chest. I called a girlfriend to help me to the hospital but she took me to the chiropractors office instead.

Turned out to be intestinal gas but I was far from good.

After taking my vitals and x-rays, a heart attack was not far away. The tests showed that not only was my back becoming misaligned but I was retaining a lot of fluid due to the junk food I loved so much. Since I was overweight, I would have to start an exercise program that was steady but not too rigoruos.

After two months, I lost enough weight to advance to fast-pace therapy sessions. Nowadays, I have to much natural energy to lay down during the day. So I joined a gym and go for a walk every morning. It’s been six months now and I’ve lost 50 pounds.
