With some job opportunities getting less, teachers are making moves to teach online. One reason why some people choose to become a virtual teacher is that they consider it safer than being in the classroom with children that are troubled. Sometimes a teacher may switch from the classroom to the computer because they can find more time to do their personal business. Virtual teachers can find the time to do further study more than educators in the classroom can.
Some people are technological influenced why they prefer to teach online. They enjoy working around and with new technologies and therefore they opt to enter into the field of distant education. Others consider the financial gains that are associated with the field and thus they feel that they must make the switch. Moreover, there are teachers that teach in the classroom and after they do virtual teaching from the privacy of their home, thus balancing two jobs.
